2023年5月25日，我□委（R局）The above items were carried out according to lawR抽/□复查。After the review of the filing application materials and the on-site inspection and testing of the project, the on-site assessment of the above project fire completion acceptance record is unqualified。The main problems are as follows:

First, the fire spacing between the pulp workshop and the raw material canopy is inconsistent with the planning (planning15Meters, site9.3米）；

Second, the southern building of the pulp workshop is not planned, built outside the planning red line, and the factory lacks an entrance and exit;

3. Two outdoor fire hydrants around the pulping workshop have not been constructed;

4. The relevant data of the fire water supply system is inconsistent with the description of the design document;(For example: hydrant pump design flow rate60L/SThe actual scene is30L/SThe fire pool design document is800m³, the scene is600m3. The fire stabilizing pump is not set according to the design requirements, the low pressure pressure switch is not set, the two fire pumps share the same outlet pipe, the on-site fire pump is always in working condition and the fire pump leaks;Fire pump control cabinet and other problems were not found at the scene)

Fifth, the pulping workshop high-voltage power distribution room to the outdoor safety exit using rolling shutter doors, not according to the design requirements of the fire door。

Jilin City Hengyuan Paper Co., Ltd. will rectify the above problems, and report the rectification to us (RBureau) request review。The project shall not be put into use without passing the inspection;If it has been used, it should be stopped immediately。
